Service

Proof Approve provides tools for sending proofs and recording client responses. Subscribers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of uploaded content.

Electronic acknowledgments

Typed signatures and activity records are provided as business documentation. Proof Approve does not guarantee that any record will satisfy every legal requirement or resolve every dispute.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful content, malware, phishing, spam, infringement, harassment, or attempts to bypass security or usage limits.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until canceled. Fees are generally nonrefundable except where required by law. Plan limits and features may change with reasonable notice.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budder Technology LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
